There are two reasons for this.
1. Thermal conduction
The definition of heat is a kind of energy that causes an object to increase its temperature or change its state.

If the temperature control point at the hypothalamus rises above normal, the human body will try to raise the body temperature. This reduces heat loss on the skin by contracting blood vessels such as hands and feet, causing blood to flow from peripheral to internal organs.
